TRANSFER/MUTUAL MIGRATION POLICY

  • A student enrolled in MCM college may transfer / migrate to another college in the same program at the same level to a vacant seat available in the MCM college transferring/migrating to subject to any transfer / migration rules prescribed by the affiliating university and
    after submission of migration fees to the University. Provided that no transfer / migration shall be allowed in the first 2 years of MBBS
    program and 1st year of BDS program.
  • MCM college will display publicly any vacant seats available in each year of the program on the college website and shall inform the University of such vacancy within fourteen days of such vacancy occurring. No transfer / migration can be accepted by a college to a vacant seat until the vacancy has been publicly displayed for at least fourteen days allowing for students to apply for transfer / migration to such vacancy.
  • A college to which a student has transferred to and the college from which the student has transferred out shall inform the University within fifteen days of such transfer of the occurrence of transfer.
  • Any student once admitted is not allowed migration to any other college except in case where a student pays all his/her fee and other related charges for the rest of MBBS course.
  • Mutual migration is allowed with any other student from that very college; where the student wants to be migrated subject to payment offine of Rs. 1,000,000/- (Rupees One million), fulfillment of all documentation required as per prospectus by the student getting migrated to
    Muhammad College of Medicine.
  • No case shall be processed without provision of No Objection Certificate by the Principal of the college.
  • Mutual Migration will be allowed only after the candidate has passed Second Professional Examination.
  • Mutual Migration is allowed only to and from a recognized medical colleges.
